I like figuring out why something isn’t working, what the data can tell us, and how to make the next step easier.
I’ve worked in computer and smartphone repair, aircraft maintenance and flight testing, airline connectivity, and fulfillment operations. The settings differ, but each has required attention to the equipment, records, people, and decisions behind the work.
Alongside hands-on work, I’ve built reports, workflows, and tools for the teams using them. My Google Data Analytics and Flatiron School training gave me more ways to prepare data, investigate patterns, and explain what I find. The projects here bring those skills together with operational experience.
I like asking the questions that clarify what a team needs to do, checking the details, and making the result easy to understand. A useful report or tool should help people stay on the same page and carry the work forward.

Start with the right questions.
What decision needs to be made?
I define the end goal first and keep it in view. Then I break the work into manageable short-term goals, so each decision supports the result we are trying to reach.
What do the records actually show?
I check where the information came from, what it represents, and what may be missing. Questions about definitions and assumptions can reveal details and better options I had not considered at the outset.
How will the answer be used?
I consider what the result needs to accomplish, which decisions it will inform, and how it may need to change. That keeps the work useful now and easier to maintain or improve later.
